Despite the sound lack-of-quality, I like how it has the story behind it, cliche as it is. Beginning, Middle, and End. The final minute or so reminded me of the GBA Legend of Zelda games, so that's win. :)

Thanks.
There's actually more story that I want to put behind it, and I might actually make a movie out of it...
Same as before.
I still feel that this composition is really, really good. The samples aren't, but the composition is great.
Now, to the question I had when you first showed this to me. You said that you could export this as MIDI, correct? Well, if you wouldn't mind, I might be able to import MIDI's into my FL package and re-sample it using my piano channels. If it works, I'd love to try it. If it doesn't work, then at least I gave it an effort. Of course, I'd submit it under the same license.
Overall, 5/5, 9/10.
Thanks dude!
Actually, you could export it yourself. You just need to go to the song (noteflight in google, then search the title)(or polop39) and click it. Then you click file, which is in a little toolbar by the top of the score (not the one at the top under the blue thing, it comes with noteflight) click export and then click there arrow and select MIDI. I feel that this is easier than me sending you a MIDI file, which I would first need email for anyway...
Niceness.
You enjoying your time on the Audio Portal's top picks? :P
This is one of the best mixes I've heard for Pico. Very nice. Veryveryverynice.
*Tired* Sorry for the lame review, but enjoy my 10 and 5.
Musical gold, zombified.
I cannot find anything wrong with this one, dude. It's perfect for the mood of undead swarming everywhere. I am continually amazed at your work.
thanks buddy ;)
May I say "Hell yes"?
This one is filled with such Win. It's perfect for what you describe it being in your game. Once it's out, I'll look forward to being hunted by G.A.V.I.N., JUST so I hear this song. :P
As for the song itself, I thoroughly enjoyed it. There were a lot of little tidbits I could follow, all at once, which was awesome. I'm glad how you found a great balance for everything - you didn't overdo it. The 'heartbeat' is an awesome feature, all in all. And the guitar, while not the best sample, was used very well.
Your best song to date? I believe so. 10/10, 5/5, fave'd, downloaded, eargasm'd.
Why, thank you thank you, Leo! The funny thing is, I can't stop listening to it, either! Especially since it's nearing halloween.
And believe me, you will love that part of the game. I might actually put that entire level out as a demo, once it gets close enough to completion. The G.A.V.I.N. battle will suffice as a great finale to the demo, as I want it to be one of the trademark segments of the game. I actually think I'll make a song like this for every major boss fight. Whenever I finish the damn branching storyline, though, and actually know what bosses, and in what variation they will take depending on how you play it.
The books will tell the true outcomes of the story, whereas you shape the story to your liking in the games. Who knows... Maybe you'll even be able to work with G.A.V.I.N. ...
Holy zwizcakes.
I knew this was gonna be good, since it was on the front page...but DAMN, man. I had an eargasm before the first minute.
Excellent work.
I don't really know what to call this beyond amazing. I love how the melody seems to 'evolve' with the faster drum beats and flowing backgrounds. The whole song is exceptional - definitely one of my favorites. So 5/5, 10/10, fave'd, and download. I'll be watching ya, looking for more amazing work.
Lots of thanks XD I'm pretty inactive on ng actually, so the 'amazing work' comes quite rarely now =/ But who knows, maybe I'll get more inspiration sometime and make more.
Pretty damn good.
You had me loving it until the reverse effects started. In my opinion, the music could have done better without them. Not to say they're bad - they're good in their own right. They just don't fit with the music as a whole.
So yeah. Excellent music all around - just know what effects belong where. :)
yeah, it was really hard workin on those reverse and they were pissin me off 2 the point i almost erased but i needed sumthin there 2 kill teidium. Maybe tha precusion can play that part when I can either (A figure out how 2 fuk wit fruity loops or (B get my friend over here wit here casio keyboard
Eargasmic gold.
Haven't heard a techno piece like this in a while - and that's too damn long. :) Keep at it like this, and ParagonX9 will have some major competition!
Omg thanks so much :)
How about that?
I'm browing the portal, and I find you JUST after you submit this. Heheh, small world, anyone?
This would make for an awesome Game Over scene, or a tense 'Evil-Guy-Explaining-His-Plot-Before-
He-Sets-You-All-On-Fire' moment. I love it!
Hahahaha, wassup man? Yeah, I thought it came out pretty good myself. THANKS!!!
